Summary of the group booking process

This article will outline the journey for a client completing a group booking.

Full Health Medical hosts an end-to-end solution to conduct a client medical from booking their appointment, completing their pre-assessment questionnaire and accessing their report.

A provider can choose group bookings as a Programme option at programme set up.

 

For a client completing a group booking, the journey consists of the following steps:

Access booking page

Client accesses the booking page via the booking link supplied by their health care provider.

Choose products

  • Client selects their product 
  • Adds any required optional extras
  • Where applicable, the total cost per client will be calculated

Optional extras selected will be booked for all clients associated with a group booking.

Select the number of people

Client uses the plus / minus buttons to indicate the number of people they are booking for.

10 is the maximum number of clients that a group booking can be made for.

Select appointment times

The appropriate number of appointment times are selected and confirmed.

Login / Register

Client logs in if they have an existing account.

A new customer must enter their details and a password to create a new account.

A client who completes a group booking on other client(s) behalf will be the account owner. They will act on behalf of other client(s) associated with their account. 

Appointment details

Personal details are entered for clients attending each of the chosen appointment times.

An account owner must confirm they are authorised to act on behalf of other clients on the booking.

Review and confirm

An overview of the booking is provided to include:

  • The chosen product.
  • The location appointments will take place.
  • Client names and their appointment times.
  • The total cost where applicable.
  • Client confirms all details are correct, or goes back to edit.

Where applicable promo codes can be applied on the Review and confirm page.

Payment

Credit card details are provided, where applicable.

Client selects Pay.

Pre appointment questionnaires / reminders

Questionnaires for all clients are accessed and completed by the account owner.

Appointment reminders are sent to the account owner.
