Providers can choose to provide clients with the option to change their appointment location when rescheduling. To facilitate this functionality:
- Location changes must be selected in the programme options.
- Appointment rescheduling must be selected for all programme groups.
Location changes do not need to be selected on a programme for a provider to reschedule an appointment to a different location.
How a client reschedules to a different location
- Log in into their account > select Upcoming appointments.
- Click on Reschedule > select Change location.
- Select Choose for the alternative location > click on the Calendar to select the date required.
- Select the required time > click Update time slot.
How to restrict a client to a single location
Clients will be restricted to a single location if:
- The programme option Allow reschedules to a different location is set to No.
- When booking a client from the provider schedule, the box Limit client rescheduling to [group name] is checked.
