How to manage location changes

Providers can choose to provide clients with the option to change their appointment location when rescheduling. To facilitate this functionality:

Location changes do not need to be selected on a programme for a provider to reschedule an appointment to a different location.

How a client reschedules to a different location

  • Log in into their account > select Upcoming appointments.
  • Click on Reschedule > select Change location.
  • Select Choose for the alternative location > click on the Calendar to select the date required.
  • Select the required time > click Update time slot.

How to restrict a client to a single location

Clients will be restricted to a single location if:

  1. The programme option Allow reschedules to a different location is set to No.
  2. When booking a client from the provider schedule, the box Limit client rescheduling to [group name] is checked.
