Group Bookings

On the Full Health Medical platform you can allow clients to complete a group booking.

Group booking use cases 

Allowing group bookings for a programme enables a client to:

  • Book multiple appointments in one episode.
  • Book appointments on behalf of family members.
  • Be designated to book on behalf of an individual who is unable to do so independently.

Considerations

To allow clients to book appointments on behalf of other users, Group bookings must be selected as a programme option.

A client who completes a group booking on behalf of other client(s) will be the account owner and will act on behalf of the client(s) associated with their account.

Appointment reminders, questionnaire notifications and report ready notifications will all be sent to the account owner.

Group bookings associated with a single account owner can only be completed on the client side.

Client booking process

The booking process followed by a client making a group booking is as follows:

  • Navigate to the booking page using the link provided by the healthcare service provider group.
  • Choose a product.
  • Select the number of people to be booked.
  • Select and confirm times for each appointment.
  • Login as a returning client / register as a new client.
  • Enter each attendee's details and confirm they are authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Review and confirm the booking.
  • Complete online payment, if required.
