Logging in - service provider login
This section provides all you need to know to login and access the Full Health Medical platform for the first time.
When a new user is set up on Full Health Medical, they receive an account confirmation email.
They need to click on the Confirm my account link to confirm their account, after which they will then be redirected to your company's login page.

Next step is to follow the Forgot your Password? link to create a password.

This opens the Forgot your password? window where the user enters their registered email address and clicks on Send me reset password instructions:

A pop-up message confirms that the request has been submitted.

A Reset password instructions email is sent to their registered email address.
In this email, they must click the Change my password link.

Enter a new password and then click on Change my password.
A password mu:

Minimum length 12 characters

Lower case letter
-
Upper case letter
-
Number (0-9)
-
Symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
-
Does not contain part of username
-
Does not contain first name
-
Does not contain last name
They should now be logged in!
