How to create a Client Profile on your account

An administrator can create a profile for any client who is unable to register through a booking link.

To create a client profile:

Enter client details

  • Click on the Clients/Participants link at the top of the screen > click New Client / New Participant > enter client / participant details.
    • First name, Last name, Gender and Birth date are mandatory fields.
    • Reference is an alphanumeric code that is automatically generated by the Full Health platform and is associated to the client.
    • It is also recommended to record the client phone number, email address and postal address. Worldwide addresses are supported. Selecting the country of residence will provide an associated dropdown list for County/State.

    • An email address, although not mandatory, is required for a client to set up an online account.

    • Primary care Doctor name, Doctor address and Doctor phone can be recorded if required. 

Collect consent

  • Consent to Data processing and Terms of Service can be collected from the client by phone or in-person. If a client is sent an online invitation to register, they will be presented with a request to consent. 

Choosing to start a medical

  • Start Medical is checked by default. This will create a medical for the new client.
  • If a medical is not starting immediately, this option can be unchecked.

Save client data

  • Once all client data has been entered > click Save.
  • If the Start medical box is checked when you click Save, a new Medical is created and opens.

Adding an email address to a Client Profile

If a Client Profile has been created without an associated email address, one can be added at a later date by:

Editing the client profile to add an email address

  • Click the client's name to open their profile.
  • Click Edit > enter an email address > click Save.
  • Click Account login & Profile access > click Send account invite.

Inviting a client to register their account

  • Click the client's name to open their profile.
  • Click Account login & Profile access > click Send account invite.
  • Enter the client email address > click Invite Now.
  • The email address will be added to the Client Profile.
  • The client will receive an email containing a link to register their account.
