Welcome to the Full Health Medical Platform!
This section contains a number of step-by-step guides which take you through the Full Health Platform setup process from your first time logging in to creating a medical.
This section is aimed at first time users who have no prior knowledge of the platform but may also be useful for anyone who needs a quick refresher on a particular process or workflow.
By the end of these articles, you will be able to navigate the platform and you will have the required knowledge to set up your first clinic. Most importantly, you will be able to start booking in clients for medical appointments.
In order to keep things as clear & simple as possible, we have outlined some of the terminology/language we use in a mini glossary of terms below:
- User - A doctor, nurse, medical support or administrator accessing the software as a service provider
- Client/Participant - A person receiving medical screening/assessment.
- Product - The medical product refers to what will be included in a client medical. It includes all the relevant test categories.
- Location - Is the name of the medical facility where client medicals will be performed.
- Programme - Combines a product, location, appointment booking and payment facility into one online link.
- Homepage/Dashboard - This is the main screen on the Full Health Platform where you can access the full range of features & functions.
