Introduction

Welcome to the Full Health Medical Platform!

This section contains a number of step-by-step guides which take you through the Full Health Platform setup process from your first time logging in to creating a medical.

This section is aimed at first time users who have no prior knowledge of the platform but may also be useful for anyone who needs a quick refresher on a particular process or workflow.

By the end of these articles, you will be able to navigate the platform and you will have the required knowledge to set up your first clinic. Most importantly, you will be able to start booking in clients for medical appointments.

In order to keep things as clear & simple as possible, we have outlined some of the terminology/language we use in a mini glossary of terms below:

• User - A doctor, nurse, medical support or administrator accessing the software as a service provider
• Client/participant - A person receiving medical screening/assessment. 
• Product - A product is the set of health categories that will be included in a client's medical. 
• Location - Is the name of the medical facility where the client's medicals will be performed.
• Programme - Combines a product, location and appointment schedule into one online link.
