When creating or editing a Product, the Consumer View allows you to customise how the product related data appears to the consumer.
Consumer / Name: Enter the name you wish to display on the consumer booking page
Consumer / Title on Report: Enter the report title you wish to appear on your consumer report and cover letter.
Consumer / Description: Enter any additional information you wish to provide to a consumer on the booking page
Consumer / Consultation Name: Enter the name you wish to appear on the consumer booking and confirmation pages for your health assessment
If you are making more than one product available to clients, the Consumer / Consultation Name should be the same for all products, otherwise the system will default to the name used for the first product listed.
Custom Appointment Duration :
This setting allows you to override the appointment duration displayed on the booking page.
This customisation may be useful if the length of time a client is required to be in attendance in longer than the actual appointment duration. E.g., An appointment duration may be 15 minutes, but the custom appointment duration could be set for 1 hour.
