Appointments for a location are not visible on the consumer booking page

If appointments for a Programme Group are not visible on the consumer booking page, check the following:

Published dates

Dates must be published to be visible on the consumer booking page. Publishing of available dates may have been overlooked.

To resolve: Publish available dates.

Programme Group enrollment dates

Appointments are only available to consumers during the enrollment period. Therefore, if the enrollment period has ended, a location will no longer be shown on the booking page.

To resolve:  Update the enrollment end date.
