After much endeavour, we were delighted to have made the transition from QRISK2® to QRISK3® in September 2023.
Considerations for clients who have existing products and medicals that include QRISK2®
- QRISK2® will remain active on all existing medicals, regardless of their status and whether they are reverted and reapproved in the future.
- If a medical is edited and QRISK2® is removed, it CANNOT be re-added.
- Do not remove QRISK2® from existing products, this needs to remain selected for the management of historical medicals.
- QRISK3® has been automatically added to any existing product that previously had QRISK2® selected. Any new medicals created using an existing product will automatically have QRISK3® applied.
- When you create a new product only QRISK3® will be available. QRISK3® will present some additional questions in the client questionnaire.
- If specifically required, an existing medical can be edited to remove QRISK2® and add QRISK3®, in which case the updated questions will be added and will need to be completed with the client.
- Those questions considered to be of a sensitive nature present with a message noting that, although they are non-mandatory, the answer can increase the accuracy of the score.
