This article will explain how to login and print a Pink or Blue Power referral and create a medical report for each referral.
Logging in:
Access to the referral hospital site can be accessed via your Full Health Medical user login
Enter your email address and password and click Login.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your password? link to reset it.
View the referral list:
From the top bar click on Medicals > Referrals.
Use the filters on the Referrals page to filter by location or programme.
Please note you will be restricted to only see referrals relevant to your referral location.
The list of referrals will display date referral was sent, reason for referral, status of referral and any tags associated, i.e. laboratory results if relevant.
View/print a referral
Click on 'show/print' to view details on the referral and to print the referral
When viewing the referral, you have the option to print referral and create a medical report for the client/participant.
Create a medical report:
On creating a medical report, the date of the appointment can be selected using the calendar.
- Select your hospital location from the drop down menu.
- Choose the reviewing doctor from the drop down list.
- Ensure the correct Product is selected for the report, i.e. Breast Clinic or Prostate Clinic.
Once a new medical report is created, this is used to populate the report with any tests carried out during the referral consultation.
