Shared invitation codes can be generated for a contract to manage product eligibility and facilitate data segmentation for an organisation.
To generate a shared invitation code
- Before a shared invitation code can be created, you must first create a contract and assign eligibility rules.
- From the top bar click on More > select Contract Management > select the required organisation > click on the Contract Name.
- From the left side bar > select Invitation Codes > click on Shared codes > click +Shared Code > add a note if required > click Create.
- Click on the three dot menu to the right of the shared code and select Copy link.
- The link can then be distributed to participants.
During the booking process, participants will encounter questions that help determine their eligibility for specific products based on the contract rules.
For instance, if eligibility is determined by age, participants may be asked to provide their date of birth before they can proceed with their booking.
