Shared invitation codes can be generated for a contract to manage product eligibility and facilitate organisational data segmentation.
During the booking process, participants will encounter questions that help determine their eligibility for specific products based on the contract rules.
For instance, if eligibility is determined by age, participants may be asked to provide their date of birth before they can proceed with their booking.
To generate a shared invitation code
- Before a shared invitation code can be created, you must first create a contract and assign eligibility rules.
- From the top bar, click on More > select Contract Management > select the required organisation > click on the Contract Name.
- From the left sidebar > select Invitation Codes > click on Shared codes > click Generate.
- Enter the shared booking code you wish to use > assign Prices (if entitlement is known). Leave the Prices field blank to assign prices based on eligibility rules.
- Add a note if required > click Create.
- Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the shared code and select Copy link.
- The link can then be distributed to participants.
Please note: 'Copy link' should always be used to generate a booking link as the booking code is stored in the background.
