Configuring your company details will enhance communications with your clients:
- Configure your company support email address so that all client responses are directed to your specified email inbox.
- Your company name will be displayed as the sender for all client communications.
How to add or update your company email details
- Click on your name on the top right of the screen > select Account from the drop-down menu > select Company details from the left side bar.
- Click Edit
- > enter or update your Support email
- > update your Consumer name > click Submit.
