A client who completes a group booking on behalf of other client(s) will be the account owner and will act on behalf of the client(s) associated with their account.
Appointment reminders, questionnaire notifications and report ready notifications will all be sent to the account owner.
How to remove access to an associated profile
An associated client may subsequently wish to remove access to their profile from an account owner.
- Open the required associate client profile > click Account login & profile access.
- In the section Accounts who can access & manage this profile > click Manage access > click Remove access.
An email address must be added to the client profile to enable them to access their own account.
How to add an email address to an account
- Open the required associate client profile > click Account login & profile access.
- Click Send account invite > enter the client's email address > click Invite Now.
