Declarations enable you to add acknowledgements and specific consents to a product.
You can customise the acknowledgements that a client must accept as part of their registration journey. While Privacy and Terms of Service will be standard across all services, the Product Declaration feature allows you to gather specific consents based on product.
How to add a Product Declaration to collect specific consent
- From the top bar click on More > select Products > click View beside the product you wish to add a declaration to > click Edit.
- You will find Product Declarations at the bottom of the page > click add new > enter your declaration text > click on Update Product.
- Unwanted declarations can be removed by clicking X > Update Product.
How to collect specific consents for phone appointments
When a client books an appointment by phone, and a medical is created, the associated declarations are presented to the provider to facilitate collection of consent.
