Phone call required

To help reviewing doctors prioritise medicals that are ready for approval, a phone call icon is displayed whenever a medical contains a laboratory result or blood pressure/heart rate measurement within a clinically significant range.

Where is the phone call icon displayed?

• • On the Medicals page, beside the medicals that require a phone call.
  • On the Report tab of a client's medical.
  • On the relevant health category on the medical Summary.
  • In the Inputs section of a medical.
