If a laboratory result, blood pressure or heart rate measurement falls within a clinically significant range the client medical will be flagged for a phone call.
To aid reviewing doctors in prioritising medicals that are Ready for approval, a phone call icon will appear whenever a medical record includes a laboratory result or a blood pressure/heart rate measurement that falls within a clinically significant range.
