Notification Schedule

By default, a 'Report has been completed' notification is sent to a client immediately when a report is dispatch.

An account Admin can set a report notification schedule to avoid client notifications during unsocial hours.

When a notification schedule is configured, it is not applied to questionnaire or appointment reminders.

  • Click on your name on the top right-hand corner > select Account > click Notification Schedule.
  • Click Enable notification schedule
  • Enter the start and end times during which 'Report has been completed' notifications will be sent > click on Update notification schedule.
  • Notifications for reports dispatched outside the specified time period will be queued to send during the scheduled hours the next day.

A notification queued for dispatch during the specified notification period cannot be released to send earlier.
