Medicals overview

The Medicals page provides a configurable workspace for managing health assessments throughout their lifecycle.

Records can be filtered, searched, sorted and downloaded allowing users to quickly access the required medicals.

How to apply filters to the Medicals page

From the top bar click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu
  • Quick filters: Default quick filters are available to search by medical status, location, reviewer, product, date and dispatch date.
  • Advanced filters: Click Filter to apply your required filters. One or more items can be applied to each filter category, e.g. medicals or client. Select the required criteria for each category:

Filter terminology:

  • is on: for Date properties.  Enter the date manually or select it using the calendar icon. A medical’s property value must have a date value that is equal to the selected date to be included in the view.
  • is before: for Date picker properties. Enter the date manually or select it using the calendar icon. A medical’s property must have a date value that is before the selected date to be included in the view.
  • is after: for Date picker properties. Enter the date manually or select it using the calendar icon. A medical’s property must have a date value that is after the selected date to be included in the view.
  • is between: for Date picker properties. Enter two dates manually or select on the calendar icon. A medical's property must have a date value that is equal to or after the first selected date and equal to or before the second selected date to be included in the view.
  • is true: all medicals with the selected value for the property will be included in the view.
  • is false: all medicals without the selected value for the property will be included in the view.
  • is any of: select one or more values. A medical's property must have at least one of these values to be included in the view.
  • is none of: select one or more value. A medical's property must not be equal to this value(s) to be included in the view. If you’ve selected is none of, records with no value for the property will also be included.
  • is ≥: for Numerical properties, enter a number. A medical's property must have a value that is greater than or equal to the entered number value to be included in the view.
  • is ≤: for Numerical properties, enter a number. A medical's property must have a value that is less than or equal to the entered number value to be included in the view.
  • is =: for Numerical properties, enter a number. A medical's property must have a value that is equal to the entered number value to be included in the view.
  • is between : for Numerical properties, enter a number. A medical's property must have a value that is between the entered number values to be included in the view.

How to sort Medicals 

  • Click the Sort button and select the required column from the drop-down menu
  • Results are automatically displayed in ascending order.
  • Click the Sort button, or the three-dot menu on the column header, to change to descending order.

How to edit Columns

  • Click the Columns button and select/deselect the columns you wish to display

How to access medicals in a saved view

There are default saved views provided by Full Health or you can also create custom views with your own filters. 

  • From the top bar click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu
    • System view: Provides a series of default views based on medical status, medicals which require urgent review or have pending services.
    • Personal view: A view created by a user that is only visible to them

How to create a saved view

  • From the top bar, click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu
  • Click Filter to apply your required filters.
  • Click Columns to arrange your preferred order.
  • From the View drop-down menu, select Save current as new view.
  • Enter a name for the view.
  • Click Save.

How to edit a saved view

Once you've created a view, you can edit its name, filters, columns and sort order.

  • From the top bar click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu.
  • Select the view you wish to edit from the drop down menu.
  • Click on a Filter to edit.
  • Click Filter to add more filters.
  • Click Columns to rearrange your preferred order.
  • Click  Save view.

How to rename a saved view

Views can be renamed by the user who created the view or an account Admin user.

To set the default view that opens when you navigate to the Medicals page:

  • From the top bar, click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu.
  • From the Views drop-down menu, click the pencil icon next to the view you want to rename
  • Enter the updated name, click Save.

How to set the default view

To set the default view that opens when you navigate to the Medicals page:

  • From the top bar, click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu.
  • From the Views drop-down menu, click the star icon next to the view you want to save as your default

This view will be the first tab to appear each time you navigate to the medicals page.

How to delete a saved view

Views can be deleted by the user who created the view.

  • From the top bar, click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu.
  • From the Views drop-down menu, click the trash icon next to the view you want to delete.

How to download results

  • From the top bar, click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu
  • Apply your required filters
  • Click Download. Select Standard CSV or Detailed CSV froom the drop-down menu.
  • Click OK to confirm delete.

CSV content:

  • Standard CSV: contains categorised results i.e. normal, slightly low, etc.
  • Detailed CSV: contains additional columns for numeric results, units of measure and reference ranges
