Managing clients without an online account

For the small number of clients who do not have access to email or do not wish to have an online account, the following manual process can be followed.

  • Booking Process:  Bookings can be made by the provider, taking client details over the phone.

 

  • Questionnaire:  Questionnaires can be printed and posted to clients.
    • To print a questionnaire  click Schedule > click on the 3-dot action menu beside the client's name > select Print Questionnaire.

  • Patient Report:  Once approved, a report can be printed and posted to a client. 
    • To print a report > open the client medical > click Print in the Medical Workflow box.
