I am asked to enter an Invitation Code when I try to book an appointment

When you log in to your account, you will be presented with your account details. From here you can update your personal details, view your upcoming appointments, complete your questionnaire, view previous reports, or book an assessment.

Healthcare Providers generally run many different health assessment programmes simultaneously. 

To ensure client's book an appropriate health assessment, if you select Book an assessment you will be asked to enter an Invitation Code.

Please contact your Healthcare Provider for an Invitation Code, or a link to the booking page, to book a health assessment appointment appropriate for you.

Click on the Logo on the top left-hand corner or the Your Health Records link to return to your account details page.
