How to reschedule an appointment
- From the top bar click Schedule > select Schedule from the drop-down menu.
- Select the required date from the calendar.
- Click on the three dot menu in the Actions column beside the client's name.
- Select Re-schedule from the drop-down list.
- Beside the new appointment in the returned list of appointments > click Move.
- If required, check the Do not notify client about the appointment change box.
- If the appointment changes are correct in the confirmation window > click Move.
- Details of the new appointment will be displayed and a success message will briefly appear at the bottom left of the screen to confirm the move was successful.
An appointment can only be rescheduled / swapped to a free slot of the same duration.
How to swap client appointments
- From the top bar click Schedule > select Schedule from the drop-down menu.
- Select the required date from the calendar.
- Click on the three dot menu in the Actions column beside the first client's name.
- Select Re-schedule from the drop-down list.
- From the returned list of appointments, find the appointment for the second client > click Swap.
- If required check the box Do not notify client about the appointment change box.
- If the details of the appointment swap are correct > click Move.
- Details of the new appointment for the first client will be displayed and a success message will briefly appear at the bottom left of the screen to confirm the swap was successful.
When appointments are swapped, an appointment change notification is currently only sent to the first client.
