Why do we use Auth0?
Auth0 provides a secure and reliable authentication experience, including:
- Enhanced security for user accounts.
- Greater protection against compromised passwords.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for an additional layer of account security.
- A reliable and resilient sign-in experience.
- Support for enhanced authentication and security capabilities.
How soon do I need to set up MFA?
There will be a defined transition period during which the legacy login will remain available. However, we encourage you to set up MFA and move to the new login process as soon as possible.
What do I need to do to begin using MFA?
Important: If your current password does not meet the requirements below, you must reset your password before setting up MFA.
Your password must contain:

At least 8 characters

At least 3 of the following:
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters(e.g. !@#$%^&*)
You will also need an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, to complete the setup and verify your identity when required.
Authenticator apps generate a one-time code that provides an additional method of identity verification. They are available to download free of charge from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
How to set up MFA using an authenticator app

On the legacy provider login page, click Login.

Enter your email address and password.

You will be prompted to set up MFA to secure your account.

Open your preferred authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, on your mobile device.
- Use the authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on the Secure Your Account screen.
- Your authenticator app will generate a six-digit one-time code.
- Enter the code in the Enter your one-time code field.
- Select Continue to complete the setup.
- Once setup is complete, you will be logged in to Full Health.
If you are unable to scan the QR code, select Trouble Scanning? and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your authenticator app manually.
