How to dispatch client reports
Once a medical has been approved, the client’s report can be dispatched either automatically or manually.
For reports to be dispatched automatically, the Processing option 'Auto-dispatch on approval' must be selected. If this option is not enabled, you must dispatch the report manually by selecting the Dispatch button.
Report dispatch means making a client’s report available to view in their online account. The client automatically receives an email notification when their report is ready to view.
Clients will not be able to view their report if there is any outstanding payment associated with their medical.
When a client opens their report in their online account, a Viewed on-line tag is automatically applied to their medical.
Filters are available on the Manage medicals page to allow providers to review the number of reports that have been Viewed since dispatch.
