How to create a letter template

A default standard letter template is available to all providers. Admin users can edit the standard template or create new letter templates as required.

How to create a letter template

Admin users have the ability to create letter templates.  Letter formatting is left-aligned only.

  • Click on your name > select Manage account from the dropdown menu.
  • From the left sidebar > select Letter templates.
  • Click New template.
  • Assign a name to the new template.
  • Select Blank to create a template from scratch.
  • Select Standard letter to copy the default letter format as a starting point.
  • In the template body, type / or use Insert field to select chips to autopopulate letters, e.g. sent date or client name.
  • Insert required text, use the editor tools to apply formatting as required.
  • Click Create template
