How to create a letter template
A default standard letter template is available to all providers. Admin users can edit the standard template or create new letter templates as required.
How to create a letter template
Admin users have the ability to create letter templates. Letter formatting is left-aligned only.
- Click on your name > select Manage account from the dropdown menu.
- From the left sidebar > select Letter templates.
- Click New template.
- Assign a name to the new template.
- Select Blank to create a template from scratch.
- Select Standard letter to copy the default letter format as a starting point.
- In the template body, type / or use Insert field to select chips to autopopulate letters, e.g. sent date or client name.
- Insert required text, use the editor tools to apply formatting as required.
- Click Create template
