How to create a laboratory collection report

A laboratory collection report summarises when and where blood samples need to be collected, enabling efficient coordination with the laboratory logistics team. The report is generated in CSV format and includes:

  • Clinic date and completion time

  • Location address and postcode

  • The assessor's contact details 

A contact telephone number must be added to the user profile to appear in the lab collection report.

How to create a lab collection report

  • From the top bar, click More > select Lab collection report 
  • Apply the required filters, including programme, groups, laboratory, clinic status and date range
  • Set the collection offset ( the number of minutes after the last appointment ends) > click Generate.
