How to cap contract booking numbers

Users with Admin permissions can configure a cap for the number of bookings associated with a contract. For example, if a programme has more than one associated contract, you can set a booking cap for each one to ensure equitable numbers of bookings are allowed for all contracts.

How to set a Total Bookings Cap

  • From the top bar, click on More > select Contract Management.
  • Click on the Organisation name > click on the Contract name.
  • Select Edit > In the Total bookings cap field, input the number you wish to limit bookings to > click Update.

The Total booking cap can be edited and increased at any time.

Once the booking cap has been reached for a contract:

It will not be possible to create new invitation codes for the contract.

Clients will not be able to book an appointment with a contract invitation code.

Providers will not be able to book an appointment with a contract invitation code.
