How to assign an invitation code to an existing medical

If a medical has been created for a client, the medical reference can be retrospectively updated to 

assign a participant and/or medical to a contract.

To add an assigned unique invitation code to an existing medical:

For a client associated with a contract that has an available pre-assigned unique invitation code.

  • From the top bar, click on More > select Contract Management > select the required Organisation.
  • Click on the contract the client is associated with > select Invitation Codes from the left sidebar.
  • Apply filters to search for the client.
  • Click the invitation > click Assign Medical > enter the medical date, product, location or status to view available medicals.
  • Select the appropriate medical from the drop-down list > click Assign.

To add an unassigned unique invitation code to an existing medical:

The contract must have single-use, unassigned, unique invitation codes available.

  • From the top bar, click on More > select Contract Management > select the required Organisation.
  • Click on the contract you wish to associate the client with > select Invitation Codes from the left sidebar.
  • Apply filters to find an available invitation code.
  • In the participant column, click Assign.
  • Enter the first name, last name or email address to search for the client.
  • Select the client from the drop-down list > click Assign.
  • Search the invitation code list for the assigned client > click on the three-dot menu > select View.
  • Select Assign Medical > enter the medical date, product, location or status to view available medicals.
  • Select the appropriate medical from the drop-down list > click Assign.

An invitation code can be assigned regardless of the medical status.
