How to add reviewer notes

When a healthcare professional approves medicals, they have the ability to add Reviewer notes that are included in the client report.

These notes are added at the medical approval stage and will be displayed above the individual health category interpretations in the client's report. The prominent position of the reviewer notes can be beneficial for reinforcing key findings and follow-up instructions.

How to add Reviewer notes

• Open a medical that has a status of Ready for approval.
• Click Approve.
• Add notes in the Reviewer notes section.
• Click Save draft to save your notes and complete them at a later time.
• Once notes are complete, click Submit approval
