How do I view or print my report?

Once your medical provider has completed your report, it will be available for you to view online, download or print.

To view your report

From the log in page > enter your user name and password.

Under Reports > click Report complete > click View Report.

You will not be able to view your report if:

  • You have not registered your details from the booking/invitation link sent by your healthcare provider.
  • Your report has not been completed.
  • There is an outstanding payment on your account.

To download or print your report

Under Attachments > click Report as PDF to download a copy of your report.

Select Print to print a copy of your report.
