How do I reset my password?

From the Account Login page, click on Forgot password?

Next, enter your email address and click Send me instructions.

A reset password link will be sent to your email address.

Open the Reset password instructions email you have received and click on the Change my password link.

Enter and confirm your new password and click on Change my Password.

You will now be logged in and have access to your on-line account.

If you do not receive a reset password email within a few minutes:

• The reset password email may have gone to your spam folder 
• You may have entered your email address incorrectly
