Once your medical provider has completed your report, it will be available for you to view online, download or print.
To view your report
From the log in page > enter your user name and password.
Under Reports > click Report complete > click View Report.
You will not be able to view your report if:
- You have not registered your details from the booking/invitation link sent by your healthcare provider.
- Your report has not been completed.
- There is an outstanding payment on your account.
To download or print your report
Under Attachments > click Report as PDF to download a copy of your report.
Select Print to print a copy of your report.
