Feature update - September 2026

Our latest production release includes a new Contract revenue feature for monitoring forecast and actual revenue, calculated DASS-21, QRISK3® and US-AUDIT assessment scores available when a medical is in processing, and the introduction of the new Menopause and Pulse Check health categories.  

Contract revenue

The new Contract revenue feature within FullHealth allows you to monitor and compare the Forecast revenue and Actual revenue for each contract, providing clear visibility of expected income against revenue received.

Calculated assessment scores

Calculated scores for DASS-21, US-AUDIT and QRISK3® are now displayed to providers while a medical is in processing. This offers an immediate indication of the assessment outcome or severity and allows providers to refer to the results during client consultations, where appropriate.

Waitlist enhancements

We’ve introduced enhanced filtering and CSV export functionality to support more efficient waitlist management, making it easier to identify, manage and report on clients currently on a waitlist.

 Menopause health category

We’re excited to broaden our product portfolio with the launch of another questionnaire-based health category.

The new Menopause health category is available to women aged 35 to 60 and provides a self-assessment of symptoms associated with menopause, including their impact on quality of life. Based on the assessment, users are provided with educational information and guidance on symptom management.

 Pulse Check health category

The Atrial Fibrillation health category has been replaced by a new Pulse Check health category. Heart rate is now a mandatory input, enabling a more comprehensive assessment of both heart rate and pulse regularity.
