Feature update - May 2026

Our latest production release includes 3 new features: generating detailed medical CSVs, laboratory collection reports and the ability to block health categories by location.

Medical CSV

You now have two flexible ways to work with your data. For precise numerical values, choose Detailed CSV from the Download CSV dropdown to export all test results in full.

If you need a high-level overview with results grouped by category (for example, normal, slightly low, etc.), simply select Standard CSV instead.

Laboratory collection report

Quickly generate laboratory collection reports to streamline blood sample collection across all locations. Available in CSV format, the lab collection report summarises collection times and locations, helping you coordinate efficiently with your laboratory logistics team.

Blocked health categories

Manage service availability by location by restricting specific health categories at selected sites. This feature allows providers to clearly indicate unavailable services during the client booking journey.
