Feature update - June 2026
Our latest production release includes the ability for clinicians to override auto-assigned health category flags and a new feature to generate and issue client letters directly from the platform.
Health category flags override
The Edit report function now allows reviewing clinicians to modify both the report content and the assigned flag before approval.
Once a medical status is Ready for approval, open the relevant health category and select Edit report. From there, you can choose the appropriate flag from the drop-down list and, if required for audit purposes, record a brief reason for the change. This helps ensure your review process remains fully documented.
Client letters
This functionality allows providers to compose a letter associated with an approved or dispatched medical. Once created, the letter is automatically made available within the client’s online account.
A default standard letter template is available to all providers. Admin users can edit the standard template or create new letter templates as required.
