Feature update - February 2026

In our latest production release, we’re not only adding two new health categories we’re also launching flexible Add-on packages, giving you greater control to tailor and scale your service offering.

Add-on packages

Add-on packages replace the previously known optional extras and also enable providers to bundle multiple health categories into a single offering. You can tailor each add-on with your own description to promote its value and maximise every upsell opportunity.

Male hormones 

We’re excited to broaden our product portfolio with the launch of two new health categories.

Male hormones is a lab results-only health category which provides interpretative content for the full range of male hormone tests.

Zinc

The second new health category is for the dietary trace element zinc. This is also a lab result-only health category.
