Feature update - August 2026

This release introduces a range of enhancements designed to improve efficiency, usability and day-to-day workflows across the platform. Highlights include a redesigned Medicals index page, easier access to your consumer page, greater control over product display order and new discount functionality. We’re also preparing to roll out enhanced authentication and account security. 

Medical index page 

 The redesigned medical index page provides greater flexibility when filtering records. Saved views allow frequently used search criteria to be saved and accessed in a single click, helping to streamline day-to-day workflows and make it quicker to locate the information you need.  

Consumer page 

 For ease of access, a link to your consumer page is now available on the Company details page of your account. 

Product display order

You can now control the order in which products are displayed on your consumer booking page. Products can be displayed alphabetically, by price, or with the newest products first, giving you greater flexibility to tailor the booking experience to your organisation's preferences.

Discounts and payment enhancements

As part of our ongoing work to enhance payment management and reporting, we have introduced the ability to apply a discount directly to an order before taking payment.

Authentication & Security Enhancements

Over the coming months, we will begin rolling out Auth0, a leading identity and access management platform, to further strengthen the security of the Full Health application. This will introduce enhanced account protection, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), while providing a more secure and reliable sign-in experience.

The rollout will take place on a phased basis and we will contact each provider individually in advance of their transition with details on timing, what to expect and guidance for their users. No action is required at this time.
