This feature enables providers to request an employee number from a client.
A provider may require an employee number:
- For corporate reporting.
- For invoicing.
1. Create a new programme
- Click here for full details on Creating a Programme.
- In the section Will this programme ask for employee number? select Yes.
2. Client registration
- During the registration process, the client will be asked to enter their employee number.
3. Client profile
- Once a client has completed the registration process, their employee number will be recorded on their Client Profile.
4. Retrieving employee numbers
- Employee numbers collected during the registration process will be included in both an Appointment and a Medical CSV file.
