How to correct a medical started in error

This article will explain how to revert the status of a medical that has been started in error.

1. Open the Medical

A Medical will need to be open to revert the status from Started to New.

To open a medical from the Screening Schedule page - click on the three dot menu  in the Actions column beside the client's name > Edit Medical.

To open a medical from a Client Profile page - click on Edit beside the Medical.

2. Change the Medical Status

In the client details section, click on  

This will open the Edit Testing Profile window.  From the Sub-process status dropdown menu, select New and click on Submit.
