How to start a medical from the schedule view

Click Schedule to open the Screening Schedule page.
- Use the filters to search for the required appointment.
- Click the Start button in the Status column OR click the three-dot menu in the Actions column next to the client's name > Start Medical.
A newly started medical will have a status of Processing
How to start a medical from the manage medicals page
- From the top bar click on Medicals > select Medicals from the drop-down menu.
- Enter client details > click Filter.
- Click the Reference number to open a medical OR click the three-dot menu to the right of the client's name > View.
If the Scheduling system is not in use, users can filter medicals by date to view a list of medicals planned for a specific day.
How to review and edit inputs

A medical opens with the Questionnaire. Inputs can be reviewed with the client and amended if required.
As questionnaire information is used in the clinical interpretation, accurate answers are essential to ensure the report content reflects the client’s situation.
- Click Finish questions to save any changes and move to the Measurements tab.
- Completed Measurements can be reviewed and amended if required.
- Click Finish measurements to save any changes and move to the Laboratory tab
- Laboratory results are electronically imported for accounts with laboratory integration enabled.
