Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21)

The Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) is a widely recognised set of three self-reporting scales designed to measure the emotional states of depression, anxiety, and stress. It is not used to make a diagnosis but rather to highlight areas of concern in relation to mental health.

Questionnaire

Providers can set the default values for any product containing DASS-21 to make participation optional. A total of 21 questions, 7 relating to each condition, are presented and a score is calculated for each category.
