Creating your user account (Auth0 enabled)

Full Health Medical uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help protect your account. You will need an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, to complete your account setup.

New users will receive an email invitation to create an account in Full Health Medical.

How to create your account?

• Open your email invitation > click on the Accept Invitation link. 
• Enter your email address and create a password
• Your password must contain:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 3 of the following:
    • Lowercase letters (a-z)
    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
• Click Continue
• Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app
• Enter your one-time code, click Continue
• You will be asked to enter another one-time code to verify your identity
• If preferred, select Remember this device for 30 days
• Click Continue
• You will be logged in!

How to reset your password

• From your account login page, click Forgot your password?
• Enter your email address > click Continue
• A Reset Password email will be sent
• Open the Reset Password email > click Confirm
• This will open the Change your Password window
• Enter and confirm your new password > click Reset password
• Click Back to ProviderApp to login
