When a New User is set up on the Full Health Platform, they will be sent a Confirmation Instructions email.
To confirm a new account
- Open the Confirmation Instructions email > click on the Confirm my account link.
- This will open the login page.
- A new secure password should now be created by clicking Forgot your Password?.
To create a new password
- Click on Forgot your password?.
- From the Forgot your password window > enter your email address > click on Submit.
- A Reset Password email will be sent.
- Open the Reset Password email > click the Change my password link.
- This will open the Reset Password window.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
