Confirming a new user account

When a New User is set up on the Full Health Platform, they will be sent a Confirmation Instructions email.

To confirm a new account

  • Open the Confirmation Instructions email > click on the Confirm my account link. 
  • This will open the Login page.
  • A new secure password should now be created by clicking Forgot your Password?.

To create a new password

  • Click on Forgot your password?. 
  • From the Forgot your password window > enter your email address > click on Submit.
  •  A Reset Password email will be sent.
  • Open the Reset Password email > click the Change my password link.
  • This will open the Reset Password window.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.
