Coeliac disease is an autoimmune condition in which ingestion of gluten causes chronic
inflammation of the small intestine, which can lead to malabsorption of nutrients. The test most frequently used to screen for coeliac disease measures the antibodies against tissue transglutaminase (Anti-tTG). Additional reflex tests are performed if the Anti-tTG result is positive or equivocal.

Interpretations
Flag assignment and report content are generated to reflect the relevant laboratory results.
🟢 Green flag: Indicates Anti-tTG and reflex test results are within the normal range.
🟡 Amber flag: Indicates a normal or low Anti-tTG and Total IgA, or normal or low Anti-tTG and equivocal Gliadin IgG.
🔴 Red flag: Indicates a high anti-tTG and/or normal anti-tTG and positive Gliadin IgG.
