Can a client view their results if a medical is not dispatched?

It is not possible for a client to view their medical results unless their medical has a status of Dispatched.

When a client logs in to their account, reports status will be displayed as:

• Pending if the medical has not been dispatched. 
• Complete if the medical has been approved and dispatched.

On the Reports tab, the option to View report  is available when a medical is approved and dispatched.

Awaiting results is displayed when a medical has a status of Processing or Ready for approval.
