To keep your account clean and make navigation easier, it is recommended that you archive locations that are no longer in use.
Archived data will still be available for reference if required.
Locations can be reset to active at a later date if required.
- Click on your name on the top right of the screen > select Locations.
- If the required location is not listed on the first page, enter the location name in the search box > click Filter.
- Click View to the right of the required location > click Edit.
- Under Status select Archived > click Update location.
A location cannot be archived if it is associated with active programme groups.
