Adding user credentials

A reviewer's credentials can be uploaded to their user profile and will be displayed on the report cover letters of medicals they approve.

Credentials can only be applied to users with an assigned specialty i.e. doctors or nurses.

To add reviewer credentials

  • Click on your name on the top right of the screen > click on Account > click on Users.
  • Click the Edit icon to the right of the user name.
  • In the Health Professional Profile section, add details of professional qualifications and  registration number.
  • Click Update User.

To add doctor signature

  • For doctor users, there is an additional Signature field, which provides the option to upload a copy of their signature.
  • In the Health Professional Profile section, click Choose File > select the file you wish to upload.
  • Click Update User.
