A reviewer's credentials can be uploaded to their user profile and will be displayed on the report cover letters of medicals they approve.
To add reviewer credentials
- Click on your name on the top right of the screen > click on Account > click on Users.
- Click the Edit icon to the right of the user name.
- In the Health Professional Profile section, add details of professional qualifications and registration number.
- Click Update User.
To add doctor signature
- For doctor users, there is an additional Signature field, which provides the option to upload a copy of their signature.
- In the Health Professional Profile section, click Choose File > select the file you wish to upload.
- Click Update User.
