How to set up your Team (Auth0 enabled)
There are three default roles that can be assigned to users on the Full Health Platform: Admin, Doctor, and Nurse.
If a team member does not fall into any of the default user roles, a customised role can be created. See the article Role-Based Access Control for more details.
Admin users have the ability to set up new users
How to set up an admin user:
- Click on your name > select Manage account from the drop-down menu > from the left sidebar select Users > click New User.
- Enter the mandatory details > First name, Last name and email.
- Under the heading Role > select Admin.
- Select any additional roles as appropriate.
- To restrict an admin user to one or more locations, select all that apply from the Locations list.
- Leave this field blank if you wish to provide unrestricted access.
- Click Create User.
- The user will receive an email inviting them to create an account on Full Health Medical.
How to set up a doctor or nurse user:
- Click on your name > select Manage account from the drop-down menu > from the left sidebar select Users > click New User.
- Enter the mandatory details > First name, Last name and email.
- Speciality Is used to assign Healthcare professional roles.

- Select the User type from the drop-down menu.
- Roles: Select additional roles where appropriate.
- To restrict a doctor/nurse user to one or more locations, select all that apply from the Locations list.
- Leave this field blank if you wish to provide unrestricted access.
- Click Create User.
- The user will receive an email inviting them to create an account on Full Health Medical.
Note: A user's speciality cannot be changed after their profile has been created, e.g. from Nurse to Admin.

How to update existing users
- To update an existing user’s profile, from the Manage Users page > click on the user name > Edit.
- Remember a user's speciality cannot be changed!
- Make additions or amendments, such as adding an IMC Registration Number > click on Update User.
If a user’s email address is updated, they will receive a confirmation email containing a link to verify their new email address.
