Notifications Icon

• You will find the bell-shaped notification icon on the right side of the top bar. 
• Clicking on the bell icon displays a list of all notifications, which can be filtered by:
  • Deletion requests
  • Failed email deliveries
  • Failed HL7 imports
  • Duplicate clients
• A dot beside the bell icon indicates that there are items to be reviewed/resolved.
• The dot is coloured red for notifications of high importance and amber for all other notifications.
• By default, failed HL7 imports are assigned high priority. 
• Select Alert Preferences to assign high priority to notifications.
• Once an HL7 message has been successfully imported, it will appear with a strikethrough in the list, indicating its completion.
