How to cancel an appointment

From the home screen click on Schedule.

On the Screening Schedule page, search for the client's booking using the calendar or filters as required.

There are 2 ways to access the Cancel appointment function:

1. Check the box to the left of the client's/participant's appointment time > click Cancel appointment(s) > Confirm.

2. Click on the three dot menu  in the Actions column beside the client's name > click Cancel.

Check the Skip sending notifications box if you do not wish to send a notification of the cancellation to the client.
