Medical tags

Client medicals can have two types of tags:

System generated: provide information on related actions.

Provider generated: a free text option for the provider to add notes.

Tags are visible on the top left of a client medical in the Tags section.

System generated tags

System generated tags are applied to record an action. 

Paid: Applied when payment has been completed or the product has no associated cost to the client.

Online: Applied when a client has registered their online account.

ECG uploaded: Applied when an ECG has been uploaded to a medical.

Viewed online: Applied when a client has opened their dispatched report.

Logged in since dispatch: Applied when a client has logged into their account since their medical was dispatched.

Rescheduled: Applied when a medical is associated with a rescheduled appointment.

 

System generated tags are included in appointment CSV downloads

Provider generated tags

A provider can add additional free text tags to record notes on a medical.

To add a tag:

  • Click add in the Tags field.
  • Enter the required text, up to a maximum of 20 characters > click Confirm.
  • Hovering over a tag will show the date it was added and by whom.
  • Click X to delete unwanted tags.

System generated tags cannot be deleted.
