How to confirm your account

When your account administrator sets you up as a doctor on the Full Health Platform, you will receive an account confirmation email.

  • Click the Confirm my account link to confirm your account.

  • Once confirmed, you will be redirected to your login page.

How to create or reset your password

  • Click the Forgot your password? link.
  • Enter your registered email address and click Send me reset password instructions.
  • A pop-up message will appear to indicate that you've submitted the request
  • You will receive a reset password instructions email to your registered email address.
  • Click on the Change my password link.
  • You will be directed to a password reset page where you can create a new password.
  • Enter your new password adhering to security criteria and click Change my password.
  • Once your password has been updated successfully, you will be logged in automatically.

New passwords must be at least 12 characters long and must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.

Passwords cannot include your first name, last name, common words or 4 or more consecutive characters from your user name.

You cannot reuse any of your last 10 passwords
